Return of goods

  • The goods that are exchanged or returned must meet the following criteria:

    1. The goods must not have been worn or otherwise used; they must be in good condition, undamaged, clean and retain their merchantable appearance.
    2. Returned goods must be labelled.
    3. The returned item must be in its original packaging in good condition.
    4. The list of non-returnable goods is available in Clause 17 of Order No 4-243 of the Minister for Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 15 March 2012 (Official Gazette, 2012, No 34-1637) approving the Rules for Returning and Exchanging Items.
If the goods are returned due to their poor quality, the Seller undertakes to replace the faulty goods with goods of the same quality or refund the money paid for the goods. The sending costs for returns of faulty goods will be refunded. If another product is returned with the faulty product, the return costs for this item are not refunded. The customer may return goods of inadequate quality within 14 working days of delivery. Goods of inadequate quality are exchanged or returned following the Rules for Returning and Exchanging Items, approved by Order No 4-243 of the Minister for Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 15 March 2012.

When the Buyer is not satisfied with the shape, size, colour, model or completeness of the goods, the following goods of decent quality are not exchanged or returned:
    1. Baby clothes
    2. Tights, stockings, socks and the like
    3. Brassieres, girdles, corsets and the like
    4. Bedding
    5. Children’s underwear
    6. Toys and games

If the Buyer notices any damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, the Buyer must note the damage on the delivery note provided by the courier or draw up a separate damage report. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. Failure to do so exempts the Seller from liability to the Buyer for damage to the Goods in respect of damage to the packaging not noted by the Buyer in the courier’s delivery note.

Returns and exchanges are governed by:
